VPSA Oxygen Generation
The product flow rate is 70-10000Nm3/h. VPSA pressure swing adsorption reduces the partial pressure of the adsorbed component by vacuum, making the adsorbed component desorption under negative pressure. VPSA process has good regeneration effect, high product yield and stable system operation. The adsorbent of VPSA oxygen generator is lithium molecular sieve or calcium molecular sieve.
PSA Oxygen Generation
The product flow rate is 1-500 Nm³/h. Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen generator taks sodium molecular sieve as adsorbent, utilizes the selective adsorption characteristics of molecular sieve, adopts the cycle period of air compressor pressure adsorption and atmospheric desorption to make compressed air alternately enter the adsorption tower to realize air separation, thus continuously producing high-purity oxygen products. PSA process is a simple oxygen generation method, the raw material is air and power consumption is only the power consumed by air compressor. It has the advantages of low operating cost and high efficiency.
PSA Nitrogen Generation
The product flow is 1-10000 Nm³/h. PSA nitrogen generation is an advanced gas separation technology, which takes high quality imported carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent and separates air to generate high purity nitrogen by the principle of PSA under normal temperature.
